We renew your facility's FDA registration before December 31.
Every foreign facility that ships food to the United States must renew its registration this year. We handle the renewal and serve as your U.S. Agent, with direct, bilingual service from New York.
2026 renewal window: October 1 to December 31
The window closes on December 31, 2026.
If a registration isn't renewed in time, FDA cancels it and shipments can be held at the port. A renewal isn't complete until your U.S. Agent confirms it.

Common questions
What happens if I don't renew by December 31?
FDA cancels the registration. To ship to the United States again you'll need a new registration, and a shipment in transit can be held at the port. If you plan to export in early 2027, renew before the window closes.
My company is restructuring. Can I still renew?
Yes. What matters is that the registration data (legal name, address, owner, and DUNS) reflects your current situation. We review it with you before renewing.
Do my private-label clients need this?
Yes. A new brand in the United States needs the facility that makes its product to be registered and current with FDA.
What does the U.S. Agent do?
The U.S. Agent is your facility's official contact with FDA in the United States. We confirm your renewal and receive FDA communications, which we pass on to you right away.
How long does it take?
With complete information, the renewal takes a few business days.
Do you give talks for trade associations?
Yes. We give free virtual talks on the 2026 renewal for members of exporter associations. Write to us to set a date.
